Donald can see, hear and chat with ghosts. So can his mum, though she isn't very good at it. She's often called to help solve ghostly problems, which Donald actually solves himself by having a chat with the ghosts. But now some sort of monster ghost has turned up and it wants to cause a lot of trouble. And this monster ghost doesn't want to talk.
