Set against the backdrop of the Waikato Land Wars, this play exuberantly explores aspects of New Zealand's history. Three of the country's real-life historical figures, Charlotte Badger, an escaped convict with a colourful, Mrs Foley, and Mrs Swan, are placed in a series of increasingly outrageous imaginary incidents.
