Air Force One has crashed returning from Kuwait. All aboard, including the Vice-President and former President are dead, killed by an unknown biological virus. Captain Charlie McKay must lead his strike force of bombers into the heart of Iraq, to destroy the chemical weapons laboratoy responsible.
